The Law
We will ensure that all UK statutory requirements are complied with. We will adhere to the data protection principles contained within the Data Protection Act 1998, and monitor our internal processes to ensure compliance.
We will pass information on to the necessary legal authorities when requested through the necessary legal framework (court orders) or where we believe the customer is engaged in illegal activity using our services.
All data will only be stored on databases located in the UK, and thus fall under the jurisdiction of UK Law.
Collection of Information
When you send an enquiry to us via web form or direct email we collect this information that you provide. This will only be used for processing the enquiry and providing the services and solutions to these enquires. We will only maintain records of information that is necessary to continue providing these services.
One of the services we provide is the sale of domain names. Certain personal information is required by the domain registries to complete the sale. When you purchase a domain you agree to allow us to pass the necessary information to the domain registry for the domain you are purchasing. For foreign and gtld domains, this information is passed to foreign legal entities, and at this point we are no longer responsible for the protection of that data.
Cookies
When you visit our website we use “cookies” on your local computer to store information about your session. We do not use cookies to store personal information, and the cookies are only relevant to the session.
